Owner/ Chief Talent Development Officer

Susan's non-negotiables are integrity and respect. Utilizing her 30 years of experience in training and development, she strives to build and facilitate impactful training programs that make a difference to the learning communities she serves.

Susan graduated from the George Washington University with a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development with a concentration in Educational, Technology, and Leadership.
Her recent certifications are:

  • Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner
  • Change Style Indicator (CSI) & Change Navigator (CN) Certification
  • Blanchard: Leading People Through Change-Facilitator
  • Certified Trainer in Crucial Conversation for Mastering Dialogue

Susan uses these certifications to help leaders of change to understand their own and their teams' change style preferences to improve leading and adopting change efforts.

Susan serves on the Board of Directors as Vice President of Programs for the Northern New Jersey - Association for Talent Development chapter (NNJ-ATD).
